I received a "image compression error" on my MVX, what might be causing this?

There are a few reasons that your MVX scanner would indicate a "image compression error".

Your pc may be performing too slow to process all of the images sent from the scanner.  Panini reports:  MVX API version 2.26.1.3 was able to reduce compression errors that were reported in combination with the Software Overload error.  This was seen on systems where the system could not keep up with the scanner, typically at 90 DPM when CAR/LAR or IQA was run during the batch scan.

The check might have been skewed while going through the scanner.

There might have been a section of the check missing.  Panini reports:  This compression error is intentionally reported as it indicates part of the document is not present in the image.
