Title: How do I report a Ranger bug?
Post by: Bryan Clark on December 14, 2009, 03:33:58 PM
The first step is to determine whether this is a problem with Ranger or not.  See this article: "How can I determine if I found a Ranger bug? (http://www.sbulletsupport.com/forum/index.php?topic=206.0)"

If the bug appears to be related to Ranger after following steps describes in the article above, please follow these steps:
1. Reproduce the problem.
2. Send an email to support@sbullet.com and include:
     a. The steps required to reproduce the problem.
     b. Attach a Ranger log of the problem.  See "How do I capture and send a Ranger log to technical support?" (http://www.sbulletsupport.com/forum/index.php?topic=11.0)
     c. For an email subject use: [your company name]; Ranger for [scanner type]: [a brief problem description]
Example Subject: "ACME; Ranger for Panini: Scanner does not feed when StartFeeding() is called"

Our bug tracking system will reply with a tracking number.  Please include this tracking number in the subject line of future email messages related to this problem.
