If you are seeing a message box stating "An error occurred during the move data process: -119" and referencing LTOCX12N.OCX, it is likely that LeadTools is installed and causing a conflict.

Solution: Use an updated Ranger install (version 1.4.21.3 or later). Contact your Canon dealer or http://www.usa.canon.com/home (http://www.usa.canon.com/home) for the latest release.
