Why am I receiving a message that my dongle is not found? I installed the software successfully, but when I try to use IP Simulator, I receive a message indicating that there is no dongle.
This sometimes happens when the drivers for the dongle are out of date. You should update your drivers from the following website:

"CBUSetup.zip" under the section "CRYPTO-BOX USB (CBU 2000)" is the file to install.
IP Simulator v4.1.0 has been updated to correct this issue. I recommend uninstalling the current IP Simulator and then installing the current release.
