How do I unlock Ranger again on the same PC, or another PC?

• Ranger v4.9 and older
• Bottom-line: Once unlocked on a computer, a Ranger license cannot be moved to a different computer.
• Ranger uses a "node-locked" licensing model.  When a Ranger license is unlocked, it is bound to the PC hardware it is installed on.
• Occasionally, changing the hard drive or ethernet hardware on a PC will change its hardware signature. If the license is covered by maintenance, you can contact us at support@sbullet.com to request a license reset. Please make sure to include the license ID in your email.
• If you need a Ranger license to install on a new PC, please purchase a Ranger license from your scanning software vendor.
